Opendock Scheduling System

Rhody Transportation and Warehousing has implemented a scheduling system for all Inbound and Outbound Shipments. All carriers will now schedule their shipments online - navigate to the ONLINE SERVICES page, and select OPEN DOCK from the dropdown list. This will require you to register and create a login & or go to www.OpenDock.com and click on the Register for FREE button. After you are registered, you can search for Rhody Transportation and Warehousing and then click on Book Now, next to the North Kingstown location. It will take you right into our scheduler where you will select your Load Type, then click the date of your shipment appointment on the calendar and select the arrival time on the right. Be sure to enter the Consignee, PO#/BOL, # of Pallets and the Shipper before finalizing your appointment.

After you have registered on OpenDock, you will be able to schedule shipments to/from any of the thousands of warehouses that use OpenDock.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your scheduled appointment.
